Hi friends! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! As usual, this one went by way too quickly and my to-do list is still a mile long. I guess that’s what happens when you sleep for 14 hours Friday night then spend Saturday celebrating your birthday. Today, I had a photoshoot and got up so early that I ended up taking a nap after, and it was suddenly Sunday night. I posted this look on Instagram a few weeks ago but wanted to share all of the details on my blog because I’m obsessed with this one! I love the idea of wearing lighter neutrals for fall instead of all blacks and grays.
When I hear fall neutrals, tan and white are not the first colors that come to mind, but pairing my tan skirt and white OTS top with OTK boots created a perfect fall look, with unexpected colors. You may have noticed blush pink is trending for fall which really shows you don’t need to switch to darker colors because the season changes.
These Stuart Weitzman boots were such a splurge, but if you’re going to go big on one item for fall, these would be at the top of my list. I love how they tie in the back so you don’t have to worry about them slouching down and becoming a knee boot instead of an over-the-knee boot.
What do you think of wearing lighter colors this fall? As always, thank you for stopping by! I appreciate your support! xoxo
