Happy hump day!! It’s almost Friday Eve, and I couldn’t be happier. My parents are flying in tomorrow from Missouri to go to my first wedding dress fitting. I’m still a little shocked that my first fitting is already here. It felt like I had months to get into perfect wedding shape when I booked my appointments. I would definitely recommend buying a wedding dress you’re comfortable in when you purchase it, and not relying on the fact that you’ll lose those last five pounds in the months to come. The months will fly by too quickly, just like this summer did.
THE PERFECT LITTLE RED DRESS
One of my favorite colors to wear this summer has been red. Every time I’m wearing a red dress, I feel like the fun, dancing emoji. I love how a little red dress looks with a summer tan, or as I should say, summer spray tan. I haven’t been able to get much pool time in this summer with the wedding and launching my blog so I’ve been relying on spray tans for my summer glow. This little red dress sold out very quickly after I purchased it, and just came back in stock. I love how it ties in the back. I found this really similar dress, for less than half the price too! Plus, I’m linking more similar little red dresses at the bottom of this post. I think these would be perfect to wear to a wedding or special date night.

I’ve shared these shoes before, but they are such a steal for $50! I paid full price and am super jealous of anyone that gets them for the discount. They’re really comfortable heels and have a great height. I love the fun lace-up detail too. They also come in black. My tassel earrings come in so many fun colors. I have a few pairs and recently purchased the rose gold for my sister. They’re so pretty and sparkly in person, I might buy them for myself. My rattan bag has been a favorite this summer. Plus, the company, Hartwood House, has a great mission. A portion of all of the sales go to The Orangutan Project which contributes to buying back land, habitat protection and animal aid in Borneo. Getting a cute bag and helping the world is a pretty great combo.
