Chicken Caesar Salad

This loaded chicken caesar salad has such great flavors and ingredients! You can always omit the chicken for a vegetarian salad.

Equipment

  • vegetable chopper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 10 oz package cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 15 oz can of garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • crumbled feta cheese to taste
  • romaine lettuce I used two 9 oz bags
  • 2 cups shredded chicken I use the white meat from a rotisserie chicken to save time!
  • Caesar dressing

Instructions
 

  • Chop and prepare ingredients.
  • Combine ingredients based on the ingredient list order (so that the soggy ingredients are at the bottom).
