High Protein Blueberry Cheesecake Baked Oats

I found this delicious recipe on TikTok by Emma Peterson linked here! It turned out so yummy and is great when you need something quick in the mornings. I store it in the fridge and heat up a square in the microwave for around 45 seconds to 1 minute. You can add toppings like peanut butter or more yogurt!

Ingredients
  

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 F degrees and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  • Place the bananas in the bottom of the dish, mash and spread them out evenly with a fork.
  • Add in rolled oats, protein powder, milk, and baking powder; mix.
  • Microwave blueberries with maple syrup or honey for about 20 seconds. Spoon onto the rolled oats mixed.
  • Dollop a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt on top of the rolled oats mixture. And swirl the berries and yogurt together, don't over mix.
  • Bake for around 40 minutes. Enjoy!
