Pasta Salad
This pasta salad is so yummy and easy to make! I used chick pea pasta, so it's still gluten-free. It has so many yummy hearty ingredients and these jars are wonderful for storage and meal prep! Just make sure to do the order I used so it doesn't go soggy! You can also add the dressing to jars on the side instead.
- Olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Dijon mustard
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Sea salt
- Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Chickpeas
- Feta
- Chickpea pasta
- Butter lettuce
- Chicken
Chop and prepare ingredients.
Combine ingredients, in the order of the list above (beginning with wet and soggy ingredients).
