How to Style Fall Sweaters

Fall is finally here, and after my trip to Portland, I am ready for the chillier temps to get to OC so I can wear my cozy outfits 24/7. Sweater weather is my favorite kind of weather, and fall has always been the season I look forward to styling new outfits for most. I love that you can add layers, wear all of the hats, and bring out the boots.
Ann Taylor has so many cute fall sweaters. I’m excited to partner with them today to share how I’m styling them. I absolutely love this rust one. Rust is my favorite color to wear for fall, and the flare sleeves give such a fun 70’s vibe paired with the flare jeans. Their felt fedoras are amazing too. I have both the black and tan one. They add the perfect fall touch to an outfit.
I always love being able to bring out my boots again in October to pair with my sweaters. This pair is such a pretty, rich brown color and will pair with so many fall outfits.
How adorable is this cheetah print scarf?! You know I love my animal print so this was an automatic yes for me. I love pairing fun prints with a classic fall sweater like this cashmere one. Ann Taylor’s cashmere sweaters are a great closet staple. I got a few last season, and they are such high quality. They’re more of a splurge than some of my other sweaters, but I know they’re something that I’ll be able to wear for many years.
This cashmere wrap sweater is such a versatile piece. I’m styling it with jeans here, but it also looks great with black pants for a chic work outfit. I’m sharing the work styling in my Instagram stories tonight if you have a chance to check them out!
I can’t recommend these black block heel booties enough. The block heel makes them so comfortable and the pointed toe is really flattering. I always get my favorite boots at Ann Taylor. If you haven’t checked out their shoe selection, definitely do so here! I didn’t realize they had such a great shoe selection until last year, but since then, they’ve been one of my go-to’s.
