I’ve been loving salads this spring and this is one of my favorite recipes. I used my favorite jars again! Just make sure to add ingredients in the order I used to avoid a soggy salad!

- Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Red pepper
- Corn
- Black beans
- Cojita cheese
- Romaine lettuce
- Shredded chicken
- Pepitas
- (Southwestern ranch for dressing)
