Southwestern Salad Recipe
What I used (in order):
- Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion
- Red pepper
- Corn
- Black beans
- Cojita cheese
- Romaine lettuce
- Shredded chicken
- Pepitas
- (Southwestern ranch for dressing)

Ingredients
- Cucumber
- Cherry tomatoes
- Red onion

Instructions
- Chop and prepare ingredients.
